Welcome to the website for Hyde Park Gardens. It has been established by our agents Westbourne Block Management to provide news of forthcoming events and to keep those who enjoy the garden up to date with the progress of garden improvements. It will also provide information for residents of the Rules of the Garden, access by contractors and also day to day management of the gardens by Garden Associates. The Garden contains many old and rare plants and trees. A wide variety of birds, insects and small mammals have made their homes in the garden. In order to increase their number and range we are helping to create a wildlife area within the garden by leaving logs to rot.

There are three roads that border three sides of the garden. They are Bayswater Road, Brook Street and Clarendon Place. The garden entrance for residents is on Clarendon Place and there is also a separate entrance on Brook Street which is used by the gardeners but can be opened for contractors by appointment only.

The garden square is private and is for the sole use of the residents living in Nos. 1-24 Hyde Park Gardens and access is restricted to registered fob-holders. The use of the Garden is governed by its Rules which are to be found on this website. We ask residents to comply with the rules of the garden square at all times and inform the agents if they have concerns. The cost of running the gardens is met through a levy, which is a charge levied as part a tenants management fee and which is set annually at the Annual General Meeting, to which all fob-holding residents are invited. Notice of the date of the AGM will appear here as well. The administration of the Gardens is delegated to the Garden Committee and is run in accordance with the rules set out by the freeholder the Church Commissioners.
